Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has renewed and rebranded its exclusive arrangement with Proprius as its affiliate in Greece.

Proprius has been Cushman & Wakefield’s Greek partner since 2010. The formal affiliate appointment follows the 2015 global merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ. Cushman & Wakefield Proprius provides industry leading advisory services including agency, investment, asset management and valuation in the key commercial markets of retail, offices and industrial. It also acts as Cushman & Wakefield's service delivery partner for Cyprus.

Nicky Simbouras, Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield Proprius, said: “Proprius and Cushman & Wakefield already have a strong and long standing collaboration in the Greek market.   We are truly delighted to be extending and further strengthening this relationship, providing our clients access to services and opportunities driven by the scale of the merged Cushman & Wakefield business. We are now well positioned to innovate and respond to new challenges”.

John Forrester, Chief Executive EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Our long standing partnership with Proprius in Greece has benefitted local and global clients alike. The team’s expertise and knowledge of their market is second to none. Their services will be invaluable to clients from across our global network looking for opportunities in Greek real estate markets.”

Cushman & Wakefield is a top three global real estate services firm, with some 43,000 employees in more than 60 countries, recorded revenue of over $5 billion, 4.3 billion sq. ft. under management and $191 billion in global transactions. In addition to Cushman & Wakefield’s 5,000 people in 40 countries in EMEA, the firm’s strong relationships across the region with affiliates extends delivery into markets where Cushman & Wakefield does not currently have a wholly-owned presence.

Earlier this month, Cushman & Wakefield announced an exclusive affiliate arrangement with Inter Israel, branded as Cushman & Wakefield Inter Israel. In August it agreed an exclusive affiliation with Excellerate Property Services in sub-Saharan Africa, named Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate. Its long standing partner in Ireland, DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, was also confirmed as its Irish affiliate and rebranded to Cushman & Wakefield in September.
