The Real Estate Funds division of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management has awarded contracts to Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) for the comprehensive property management and fit-out of its headquarters in the Palais Quartier buildings in Frankfurt am Main. C&W takes on all aspects of the technical and commercial operation four building tracts totalling 72,500 square metres of the existing ensemble.
In addition to the Nextower office tower, C&W will manage the neighbouring luxury hotel of the Jumeirah Group and the basement parking garage accommodating approx. 1,500 vehicles, as well as the historic Thurn und Taxis Palais. C&W also takes on the project management of the fit-out of the ultra-modern rental areas of the 135 metres and 32 floors of the Nextower and of the Thurn und Taxis Palais.
