Hubert Keyl has been appointed manager of the Munich office of international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) with immediate effect. He therefore assumes responsibility for all cross-departmental issues and decisions. The Munich office of Cushman & Wakefield has around 30 employees working in the consultancy areas of office and industrial leasing, investment, property and asset management, and project management. The cross-disciplinary position held by Keyl is intended to further strengthen C&W's Munich office.
Keyl will also continue to manage the Office Leasing department of C&W in his role as Head of Office Agency. His responsibilities therefore also include property acquisition and owner management, as well as lessee acquisition and support for search enquiries. After joining the company in 2013, Keyl now works as a partner at C&W.
Hubert Keyl (43) has over 15 years' experience of advising companies on the leasing and sale/purchase of commercial property. He moved to C&W from the Keylconnect real estate agency in Munich, where he held the position of managing partner. Prior to this, he held the position of Director of Office Leasing at CBRE with responsibility for advising notable companies on the leasing of new office space, and worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as a General Manager in the Industrial Real Estate division. He began his career in 1996 at Engel & Völkers Immobilien.
